From the very start, we knew we had a good leader in yourself when you did not hesitate to advise us to spend the necessary marketing and styling/staging expenses in preparing for the auction.
You moved pretty fast in anticipation of the property becoming vacant, resolving some minor issues, and having to cope with scheduled painting of the external wall by the Body Corporate.
Although we have our own thinking about the sale process, we decided to take your advice throughout, believing that your expertise, locality knowledge and experience, backed by Richard and the whole LJ Hooker team, will deliver the expected results on the night.
We became more confident when the open house sessions continue to attract the crowds. We were pleasantly surprised when you informed us in the last week prior to auction that we can expect at least 5 bidders.
We responded positively when you advised us to be flexible in accepting slightly lower than the usual deposits and slightly longer settlement period as those may be the really serious ones.
Communication was mostly by emails with the odd phone calls to set reserve price etc.
On the night, everything went smoothly with great teamwork between yourself and Richard.
Best of all, we achieved the desired result without having to be present on site.
